Requirements

• Have foundational knowledge of basic recruiting terminology and tactics, as well as the basic arc of a candidate life cycle.
• Have familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System of your choice. We will not be covering how to use an ATS, how to write a job description, or how to hire for specific roles.
• Know the fundamentals of recruiting coordination, sourcing, and screening criteria (dependent on your current role). We will not be covering the basic how-to’s of individual recruitment positions.
