• In this course you will learn specific techniques and strategies to block out common distractions, have more writing discipline, and harvest your mental and phsyical energy to your best advantage for writing.

Requirements

• Before starting the course, please have a notebook and pen to take notes in, and if possible a small paper date book to write in.

Target audience

• This course is intended for anyone who truly wants to write, but finds themselves unable to accomplish what they want because of distractions, scheduling problems, and concentration and procrastination issues.
