What Will I Learn?

• After taking the course, students will be able to be aware of their emotions, knowing how to recognise it in their bodies and how to give it a name.
• They will be able to manage and control it in stead of suppressing it.
• They will be able to apply their new knowledge and skills in their personal and professional lives.
• Students will learn to accept their emotions and those of others as a normal part of themselves.

Target audience

• We designed this course for those students who are not always in touch with their emotions, who often feel overwhelmed by it and/or who find it difficult to control their emotions. Our target group consists of students who have a sincere commitment to personal growth and are willing to put in the time and effort to practise the skills necessary to enhance their relationships on all levels.
