Requirements

• This course does require you to get your thinking hat on and engage in some mind-stretching!
• The course involves over 15 hours of video so you will need a decent internet connection and the software on your computer to be able to watch video comfortably.
• Being familiar with a context involving people collaborating together to achieve a collective goal helps you to ground these ideas in a real context. That could be an organization, community or group that you are involved in.

Target audience

• This course is for anyone who realises that our current forms of leadership and organization are inadequate to the complexity of change we are facing. It is for anyone already in a leadership role or wanting to play one. It is not for the faint-heart and requires significant brain-power and openness to your own personal development.
• 14 modules with over 15 hours of course material and multiple-choice quizzes to help you integrate your learning - you can work through it at your leisure and find what is most relevant to you.
• There is much new thinking and many leading-edge practices described in the course so an open mind and willingness to experiment is important!
• This course is available for undergraduate and graduate credits at Ubiquity University.
