Requirements

• No prior knowledge or experience with art or meditation are needed.
• Come with an open mind and a willingness to engage with the self for the purpose healing & self-expansion.
• Blank paper of any kind and a single writing utensil. However, you may also bring a variety of drawing materials to each lesson if you prefer to place a heavier emphasis on artistic expression.
• Although not a requirement, it can be helpful to have a quiet space in which to explore this course so it is recommended that you set aside time for yourself.
• The ability to print course materials if desired.
