What Will I Learn?

• After taking this course, students will be able to * distinguish between the characteristics of Higher Self and the Ego.
• *They will be able to recognise the voice/presence of the Ego in their lives.
• * They will be able to become aware of the Higher Self in themselves and to recognise in which stage of development their Higher Self is.
• * They will start to connect with their Higher Self more often using the methods that I will teach them. This will result in them being calmer and more content.
• * Students will improve their awareness of their physical senses, their emotions and their thoughts.

• Being open to challenge yourself to a new way of looking at yourself and others. Knowing yourself and your needs. Being able to view the videos and download (print) the workbook.

Target audience

• This course is for students who often feel • Incomplete and/or discontent with themselves and their lives in general • Unaccepting of themselves and their circumstances • Mistrusting about everything • Judgemental about themselves and everything around them • Guilty about their past and anxious about their future • Very sensitive and easily offended • Like victims of their circumstances • Disappointed and blame others for their feelings • Dependent on others to give them recognition, acceptance, admiration and acknowledgement. All students who want to enhance their consciousness and who want to listen more to their Higher Self/Soul in their daily lives and jobs. Students who are aware of the damaging voice of the Ego and would rather develop their Higher SelF in an effort to have more happiness and peace in their lives. Also for students who are unaware of their emotions and thoughts.
