• People who are not patient enough to DO the exercises - or at least try them.
• People who cannot concentrate for 5-10 minutes without distraction.
• People who are unwilling to change their behavior or thoughts and try something new.
• People who suffer from severe trauma and/or anxiety, unless they have the support of a counselor or therapist.
