What Will I Learn?

• After having done the course, students will be able to * know how important their thoughts and the way they look at life are
• * know where their specific thinking patterns are coming from
• * recognise, reformulate and reprogram their irrational and distorted thoughts
• * know how powerful their thoughts really are
• * understand where their perceptions/tunnel vision are coming from and how to get rid of them
• * see the benefits of living their lives without rigid ideas and thinking patterns.

Requirements

• You will need a rubber band to fit your wrist. A piece of string and a paper clip.

Target audience

• People who will benefit most from the course, are those who * have, most of the time, no idea why they are having the thoughts that go through their minds on a constant basis * are still believing and thinking the way they learnt from others, even if this does not work for them anymore * have very rigid ideas about the world, others and themselves and experience frequent disappointment as a result of that * are experiencing lots of negative emotions as a result of the way they are thinking and don't know why * have tunnel vision and often do not see the big picture or understand the perspectives of other people * have no idea of how powerful their thoughts can be in creating a better world for themselves.
