What Will I Learn?

• Create flowcharts with links to other pages, add a cross functional flowchart. Create a critical path diagram. Add workflow diagram
• Use basic shapes and add your own shapes to a stencil. Create your own stencils and use layers
• Use the project scheduling tools to create a Gantt chart, timeline or a PERT diagram
• Create floor plans, office plans and use layer properties
• Link Excel, Access or Project to Visio. Automatically update shapes
• Exprot a Visio diagram into PowerPoint or Word
• Use advanced data graphics to create visualisations

Requirements

• There are no prerequisites for this course other than being able to use a computer.
• It would be helpful to have Microsoft Visio but not essential. You would not be able to carry out the consolidation exercises without the software
