Target audience

• This course is created for those ones who experienced trauma or difficult situations in childhood. They feel that something is holding them back but they can’t quite put finger on what that is. They struggle with self-doubt, negative self-talk, anxiety or feelings of inadequacy. Their reactions seem to be childish. The wounds they carry from childhood are impacting the present-day experiences. They want to work on the blockages and move on.
