Requirements

• An initial effort estimation for the whole project, broken down to Features or Components; usually there should be an Initial Offer with such a break-down that you can use for this purpose
• Desktop Excel, Online Excel or Google Sheets
• Use Story Points, Story Points Estimate or Original Time Estimate to estimate tasks
• JIRA or any tool that can give you an export of your tasks with their estimates and assignees, and the velocity of the team
• Be able to identify if a Feature/Component has been fully analyzed and estimated
