What Will I Learn?

• You'll learn how to cultivate unconditional self-worth and goddess "diyosa" energy, a skill that can be honed through gentle yet consistent practice.
• You will learn how to get to more inner peace when the negative self-talk arrives.
• You can develop healthy, doable habits that will prevent you from getting into a state of ‘energy depletion’.
• You can learn how to set healthy boundaries, so you don’t leak your energy away.

Requirements

• No meditation or energy healing background required. This course is also SELF- PACED, you just need 10-20mins in a day for this, for 30 days. It is very gentle and meditative.

• This course is for workaholic women and self-identifying women who feel overworked and mostly energy depleted. This is for women with poor boundaries and tend to people-please. This is for those with 'big' emotions that they cannot express healthily and feel stuck. This course is for women who are struggling to maintain a meditation or self-care practice.
