Requirements

• No materials are needed.
• If this is for you, just be prepared to admit to hard stuff. When you really understand what’s going on with your Anger, what it is and where it comes from, most people will find it very easy to do.

Target audience

• This course is for three people:
• The sometimes Angry Person who now chooses to manage his/her own Anger. This course helps that person dive deep into understanding his/her own Anger and what to do about it with many tools to intervene with their own Anger for a much healthier, more positive and balance life.
• A person who is coaching, counseling or mentoring someone who is too often Angry or who behaves inappropriately when Angry. This program will equip you to help that person understand what’s going on, why, and master what to do about it.
• The person who must frequently deal with or work with Angry people who want to understand what’s going on and what to do about it.
