What Will I Learn?

• Understand the concept of adaptability and its importance in personal and professional development, as well as its role in leadership effectiveness.
• Explore the Adaptiotic Table and its three domains - Ability, Character, and Environment - and their relevance in assessing and developing adaptability.
• Assess and develop the five elements of the Ability domain: Grit, Mental Flexibility, Mindset, Resilience, and Unlearn.
• Examine the Character domain, including the elements of Emotional Intelligence, Empathy, Self-awareness, and Authenticity, and how they contribute.
• Investigate the Environment domain, with a focus on the impact of Change, Culture, Support, and Systems, on adaptability and how to navigate these factors
• Utilize self-assessment and reflection to identify personal strengths and areas for growth in adaptability across the domains/elements of the Adaptiotic Table
• Apply strategies and techniques for enhancing adaptability in real-life personal and professional situations, including managing change and embracing new ideas
• Understand the connection between adaptability and effective leadership, and how to apply adaptive leadership to better support/engage with your team
• Examine the role of adaptability in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and its influence on team performance, collaboration, and innovation.
• Develop an ongoing adaptability action plan that integrates learnings from the course and supports continuous personal and professional growth.

• No previous experience or understanding of adaptability is necessary.
