What Will I Learn?

• You will learn a practical Life Coaching process through the experience of going through it yourself. Each week of the course you will begin learning and applying new methods of Life Coaching to your daily life and current relationships.
• You will learn how our emotions become triggered, so you can identify how they travel through the body, and into our response system.
• You will be shown the C.E.P. Life Coaching method step-by-step so you can follow along with the structure during your sessions.
• Throughout this training you will learn to hold space for yourself and others while setting the stage for transformation to take place. This is a very powerful method that will inspire others to break down their blocks while you hold your boundaries in place.
• You will learn how to help others discover the blocks that are stopping them from achieving their goals.
• You will learn to help others dissolve their blocks and discover the energy needed to fulfill their goals.
• Discover a tried and true method to set Intentions and Align with Authenticity. Take the Law of Attraction to a whole new level! In this course you will learn to use the Law of Attraction as a tool for self discovery and breaking life long behavior patterns.
• Understand the aura and how your auric field effects your relationship to the world around you.
• Learn how to interact with time and space in a way that takes you from worry and fear to being calm and centered.
• You will learn to apply my unique hands on energy healing process. This process will teach you how to offer and support balance between the thinking mind and physical well being. This is a helpful Coaches tool used to avoid burn-out.
• Learn to merge Cognitive Emotional Processing with other healing processes and apply them to yourself and others.
• You will learn the basic steps of meditation for personal growth, so that you may in turn assist your clients in exploring the benefits of meditation while engaged in Life Coaching with you.
• You will receive a C.E.P. Life Coaching Certificate upon completion.

Requirements

• There is no previous life coaching experience required. This course is designed for those of you that want to explore and learn a powerful method to help others.
• There are many reflective methods that will be presented, therefore it would be wise to have a notebook present for taking notes during the exercises. I do provide a print out for notes taken during lessons.
• You will need to have a computer or phone to watch the video lessons and to receive the guided meditations.
• It will be helpful to have access to a printer, as each week you may wish to print off the forms needed for that week's lesson.
