Requirements

• A desire to improve balance and increase overall health
• Exercise equipment is not needed, but could be used if someone would like to.
• It is recommended that exercises being performed are done so near a stable chair, table or other suitable object to assist with balance.
• Optional equipment would include an exercise mat, towel, dumbbell (2 lbs.), medicine ball, foam exercise pad, but are not required for this course.

• This course is for anyone seeking to improve their balance or gain knowledge about balance.
