• Mindfulness practices to continue to regulation your nervous system and observe the many facets of yourself as your slowly transform.
• Breathwork to ground & center or also to continue to release and discharge stuck emotions.
• Inner Child & Re-parenting & Internal Family Systems Frameworks to continue to identify and work with different aspects of yourself.
• Utilize Bilateral EMDR to continue to work with your peak experiences you had in your journey as well as continue to weave and integrate what was uncovered.
• Ensure that your experience leads to the long-lasting transformation your are seeking.
