What Will I Learn?

• Greater comfort in the spirit world, with a major focus on Norse cosmology.

Requirements

• Completed the prior course, “Awaken Your Inner Viking Shaman – Beginner” or a very similar course that teaches how to journey to the Middle, Lower, and Upper worlds to find spirit helpers using repetitive drumming (Michael Harner technique).
• An interest in, or openness to, Norse cosmology.
• Dedication to an ongoing practice: 10 minutes daily plus an hour or two once weekly.
• Openness to unusual and possibly unsetting experiences and to encountering deity-like beings, however you wish to define them.
• Access to some accessories such as a mask, rune stone bag, and such.
• One later exercise requires journeying with a friend (over the Web or in person).
• You do NOT need to know a Scandinavian language, have that family background, or follow a particular religion. The course is open to everyone.
