Requirements

• Not just for men! While this course has been designed primarily with men in mind as the audience, it will prove helpful for anyone looking to gain new insights into the boys and men around them.
• The only requirement is a willingness to self-reflect and to lean into some discomfort.
• No previous experience or knowledge required - I will define every term and concept.
• No specific materials required. You will be encouraged to write some things down, which you can do digitally, on paper, or some other way.
