Requirements

• Everyone is welcome – beginners to experts
• A commitment to doing & practising the exercises. Just watching does not allow integration of this work
• A quiet space to be present, watch & practice
• Whatever you need to be comfortable but present, eg yoga mat / blankets / cushions / comfy chair / bed
• You are invited to treat yourself to a delicious light meal, a sensual shower/bath or wearing your favourite outfit in preparation for the journey
• You are welcome to share this Pleasure Lab with another person but I would recommend completing the journey alone 1st
• No drug/alcohol consumption before or during the Pleasure Lab so as to allow you to be fully present
