Requirements

• No preparation needed. The course requeires few hours of your time to listen. For efficient learning I recommend to listen to the course in a quiet place where you are not disturbed or interupted

Target audience

• Aspiring - First time managers as well as Current managers with short experience. Up to 5-7years, few managerial roles already. Manager being defined as anybody who is responsible for leading a team of people. For example Store manager of supermarket, Department mananger in a company, Director of business unit and so on.
