• Students on this Beginner Course might be completely new to Meditation and Mindfulness, or they might have some experience already but want look at things from a fresh, original perspective
• The perfect student for this course is one who is genuinely interested in transforming their life both practically and spiritually, but doesn’t know how to start or where to start, or doesn’t have the time to travel to a meditation or mindfulness class
