What Will I Learn?

• Learn how to relax a person in 50 minutes using 40 healing positions on the head, jaw, neck and back

Requirements

• Resources to watch videos online, ability to follow healing steps on self or another person
• Have a volunteer to practice with or use the self-healing techniques to practice on yourself
• Healing can be done sitting down or optional massage table or a bed/table can be used
• Desire to feel and connect with energy
• You will use your hands and oil or cream is used with some of the techniques
