What Will I Learn?

• Learn where to begin, and how to, build a Rock Star highly functioning team!
• The process of becoming a leader is a rigorous and many times an exhausting journey. The rewards, however, can be enormous.
• We begin by asking you to be patient with yourself. You do not develop leadership skills overnight. It takes practice, trying new things and making mistakes.
• This course is broken into small modules to view one after the other, or one at a time as you drink your morning coffee.

• You must have a desire to learn and grow. You must be open to new thoughts and ideas, and be willing to take risks and make mistakes. All you need is your computer, tablet, or smart phone to take this course. There will be some hands-on activities, and worksheets that you will be downloading.
