What Will I Learn?

• Students will learn about the change cycle and the different dimensions of change.
• Students will learn to identify their change style (conserver, pragmatic, originator), how to identify the style of others and how to lead for a style.
• Students will gain knowledge and strategies for implementing change in an organization.
• Students will learn about how to select a change method that is appropriate for the type of change and the stage of the organization.

Requirements

• There are no prerequisite for this course. It is change management for all levels of learners. Those participating in a change process and those who lead change would equally benefit from this curriculum.

Target audience

• This course is intended for people who want to understand the change process. Learners who are curious about their own reaction to change and how others may be different will also benefit. Finally, for those preparing to lead a change initiative, clearly defined steps will be presented.
