Requirements

• Basic knowledge of continuous process improvement might be helpful. Basic knowledge of business process might be helpful.

Target audience

• This course is for Lean Six Sigma practitioners, Business Analysts, and Managers who might be responsible for process improvement or process design. To design process, develop process, standardize process and improve process, we need to have a basic understanding of what elements make up the process. We need to know what tools to use in order to discuss, describe and visualize the process in different business situations. This class introduces the learner to the basic building blocks of process design and development and links the basic process elements with Operational Excellence and LEAN practice more broadly.
