Requirements

• Use email to sign up and register on various advertising websites (I will give you the names of the websites and walk you through the steps of creating and posting the ads)
• An active Facebook account is helpful with a basic understanding of joining groups
• A digital camera, or smartphone camera to take pictures of your rental property. You must know how to download photos from your phone/camera to your computer. (We will be using these photos to create our online ads)

Target audience

• This course is meant for anyone in the rental market business, whether you be a first time Landlord, or a seasoned property manager. I believe I have jewel in here for everyone. I am a 5 star property manager who has learned through many trial and error methods. I share my practical "results oriented" methods here.
