Requirements

• No specific software or tools are needed at the beginning of the course. As we go through, I'll recommend options for software (CRM, cloud storage, virtual phone systems, etc.) - all of which is either free to use or has free trial periods.
• I would recommend a computer headset to use for test calls and setting up your virtual voice mail, etc., but it's not mandatory.
