Requirements

• There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, we do recommend that you take our Top 5 Leadership Behaviors course for additional background. You must be open to examining your own beliefs and behaviors around leadership and you must be willing to complete the exercises thoughtfully and completely to gain maximum benefit.
